Licensing Board
The Licensing Board shall have and exercise all the powers and perform all the duties conferred and imposed by the statutes of the Commonwealth relative to the granting and signing of licenses for the sale of alcoholic liquors, innholders, and common victualless, and such other licenses as provided by law.

Common Victuallers (CV) – no alcohol
Class I, II, III (New Cars, Used Cars, Junk Cars)
Lodging House
Fortune Tellers
All Alcohol CV – on premise service.
Seasonal All Alcohol CV – on premise service.
Beer and Wine CV – on premise service.
Club All Alcohol CV (Members only establishments)
Seasonal Club All Alcohol CV – on premise service.
Veterans Club All Alcohol CV – on premise service.
Farmer/ Brewer License
Package Store – All Alcohol or Beer and Wine.
Entertainment Licenses (Juke Box, Live Music, Recorded Music, Billard Table, etc.)
